-Share up capital from 35% - 50% of the total capital

Obligations:
  • Partner Company shall deliver and introduce its technical capabilities in the local market
  • FNRCO Services shall support the partner company in market study & penetration, pre-qualification, vendor registration, marketing strategies and approach, maintaining contacts and developing relationship with key clients, ensuring that your company is positioned for prospective work.
  • Partnership review meeting will be held quarterly

Royalty Business Service Model
- Payments will be made as follows:

Payment Terms:

There will be 2 payments in each year

  • First payment: royalty for the revenue for the period from 01 Jan to 30 June will be paid on following 31 December i.e. after six months.
  • Second payment: royalty for the revenue for the period from 01Jul to 31Dec will be paid on following 30 June of subsequent year i.e. after six months.
Obligations
  • Partner Company (i.e. your company) shall sign the engagement letters to any potential clients in Saudi Arabia , with no liability at FNRCO part.
  • FNRCO has no obligation for business development or to contribute into the running business.
  • Co. can support partners in there project whenever

  • 100% Full Ownership of the company
  • All legal services required as per actua
Payment Terms
  • There will be one time service fees which includes all legal requirements to start-up the business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Obligations
  • Company (i.e. your company) shall bare the following:
    - Income tax 20%
    - Zakat 2.5%
    - Minimum capital by activity
    - The investor has to submit financial statements for the last 3 years
  • FNRCO has no obligation for business development or to contribute into the running business
  • FNRCO can support partners in there project whenever
